RBS and Lloyds taking on another $51 billion of bailout funds is frightening. Are we heading for another round of crisis or is this a UK thing?

      7 banks seized two weeks ago. 10 banks last week. CIT bankruptcy. I don’t think we’re anywhere near out of the woods yet.
