The U.S. Department of the Treasury has already updated its OFAC, SDN list 44 times this year. Last year at this point, there were only 30 updates made. And all of 2010 closed out with 53 changes to the OFAC and SDN listings. We’re easily on pace to beat 2010 by a wide margin.
