      I’ve reached out on several occasions to a company through their Twitter or Facebook pages when I was unable to get answers or satisfaction from normal customer service avenues.

      Each time I have been successful in getting their attention and a resolution. Twitter feeds are especially useful for getting special deals and info to customers imo.
