Ally Bank announced today that it has launched a redesign on its online banking platform.
Ally has around 910,000 banking customers and about half of them use its online banking service. Most Ally customers use both online and mobile banking, according to the bank, but 40% of the total logins in a month are in Ally’s mobile channels, while 60% use web-based browsers.
Ally began design and development of the new online banking service “in the latter half of 2013.” Ally launched a pilot of the service with a group of customers in the fourth quarter of 2014 — the new site went live to all customers on Jan. 17.
Here are four screenshots from the new online banking service.
