Well, that didn’t take long.
Affirm is not a week from its $275 million round of fundraising, and already it is looking to add staff.
The company this week began soliciting applications for three new positions: director of manager of consumer risk; “customer success manager”; and recruiting coordinator/junior recruiter. That last position implies Affirm will be hiring even more “compassionate and detail-obsessed operations teammates,” as the company describes it.
In all, Affirm has at least 22 positions open.
Last week, Affirm announced that it had closed a funding round that raised $275 million. The company, founded by Max Levchin, a founding executive of PayPal, current employs less than 100 people. It has raised $320 million of venture funding to date.
