Yesterday, Finovate released the list of companies that will demo at the annual confab, and unlike other years, there seemed to be fewer I’ve-never-heard-of-them firms on the roster.
Of the 55 companies demo-ing, there are several on the roster that we know about already, although they might offer up something interesting in a demo, if they’ve got something new cooking:
- Backbase
- Betterment
- BillFloat
- BillShrink
- Bling Nation
- CashEdge
- Emue Technologies
- Kapitall
- Outright.com
- mFoundry
- Plastyc
- Receivables Exchange
- SapientNitro & Geezeo
- Segmint
- Silver Tail Systems
- SmartyPig
- Strands
- Wonga
- Yodlee
Then there are several established ventures presenting at Finovate that we suspect might end up more sales pitch than new-technology demo. Among those are:
- ClairMail
- FIS
- Fiserv
- H&R Block
- Jack Henry
- Mortgagebot
- Seeking Alpha
- Standard Chartered Bank
And finally there are the companies we’d actually like to hear from, or at least we aren’t familiar with. These companies represent about half the total number of firms presenting at Finovate Fall. Well, you take what you can get:
- ACE
- ActivePath
- billFLO
- Blaze Mobile
- Bundle
- Capital Access Network
- Credit Sesame
- Dynamics Inc.
- Finsphere
- Guardian Analytics
- Hidden Levers
- Ixaris
- Kashoo
- Kiboo
- Kony Solutions
- Leadfusion
- MatchFund
- Micronotes
- oFlows
- Optirate
- Pageonce
- PayNearMe
- Plantly
- SecureKey
- Thwakk
- TouMetis
- Unience
- WorkLight
Which of these demos are you most looking forward to?
