New York-based fintech Moven has just integrated artificial intelligence into its mobile apps, a feature that will make use of contextual conversation to better serve customers and their financial needs.
The update will include “ChatUI,” a feature to be available within the app that answers customer questions in chat using artificial intelligence.
ChatUI can also push reminders to the customer for better financial wellness, by personalizing “stash” or savings prompts to the user, for example, through “transaction splitting,” a feature that helps users more efficiently categorize their spend.
Moven Enterprise, which sells the company’s software direct to banks and other financial institutions, demoed how chatbots and their effect on customer savings could be used to grow customer trust during the Finovate Conference this week in New York.
