The crypto saga with India’s central bank continues. Kali Digital, an Indian cryptocurrency platform, filed a petition against the Reserve Bank of India, which recently banned all banks and financial services from dealing with cryptocurrency.
Yesterday, Ahmedabad-based Kali Digital filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), stating that its ban on cryptocurrencies violates the Indian constitution.
Kali Digital Eco-Systems runs the crypto exchange CoinRecoil, which is scheduled to launch in August 2018.
The RBI has not commented on the petition yet.
