Capital One’s got skin in the Apple Pay game — pigskin, that is.
We related, back on Dec. 18, that the nation’s three largest banks had released Apple Pay TV spots. Tomorrow, on New Year’s Eve, they will be joined by Capital One. The spot, a fairly tame one by Capital One’s standards is not yet in wide release, but can be seen here.
The Apple Pay ad, called “Worn Jeans” and created by DDB, will air tomorrow night during the Orange Bowl (also sponsored by Capital One) which airs at 8 PM Eastern on ESPN.
After the Orange Bowl, the spot can be seen on “major television networks, cable entertainment and sports outlets, online video, Video on Demand and on Mobile iAds” as of Jan. 5.
